We have been called out to the fields off Lullington Road, Overseal following reports of the horses being fed by members of public.

I appreciate this may be well meant, however, feeding horses food that it is not intended for them can make them seriously ill or worse still can lead to their death. Recently the owners of these lovely horses have found food in their paddocks which means someone has entered private land and crossed fields to reach them.

There are two issues here, one is the horses have a strict diet, they are beautiful and cared for and need no feeding from others that will make them ill resulting in costly vetinary bills. Secondly the issue of trespass on private land will be considered if this continues.

This obviously goes to any owned livestock at any other location also. Please admire these beautiful animals and leave it to the owners to look after them.
